Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Tools of Poker harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or the law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Unless mandatory law in your country states otherwise, these Terms are governed by Spanish law and disputes will be submitted to the courts where the controller is established. If you are an EU consumer, you may also bring claims before the courts of your habitual residence.
